Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We work hard to provide our customers with quick turn around time from when we receive your order to when it gets shipped out. All of our products are shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Once the package is received by the shipping company it can be tracked through their system.

Please understand that once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping company it is out of our control. If there are delays and/or a package is lost please do the following: 

           a. Contact the shipping company directly to file a lost package report 

           b. Contact us via email (deegollin@gmail.com)and we will do what we can to                    help with your lost package. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding when these situations happen. We will work with you to get your package to you asap. 

Free Shipping Details

Any purchase over $39.00 qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping will always be the most economical carrier and/or carrier shipping service available at the time your order is shipped. If you prefer to ship your order with a faster shipping service please select that service at the time of check out but be aware that you will be charged for that expedited service as it does not fall under the "free shipping terms." All terms are subject to change without notice.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

DeeDee Gollin Essential Skincare does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our products due to the nature of the skincare business and hygiene requirements.

 

While we understand that everyones skin is unique we encourage you to reach out to us before you make your purchase so we can talk about what products would work best for your skin type. Please feel free to use the "contact" form on the website or email us at deegollin@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us within the first 14 days of your purchase so we can work together to create the best solution for you. We are more than happy to work with you to find a new product more suitable for your skin type.

 

If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products please follow these steps:

a. discontinue use of product immediately

b. contact us via email with images of the allergic reaction you experienced

c. we will reach out to you to discuss next steps within 24-48hrs unless our shop is closed for a holiday, then we will respond once we are back.
